The TJ20 and TJ40 were developed to meet the highest standards of efficiency, reliability and hygiene within the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.  The high mechanical force generated by the strong jet impingement efficiently removes remaining products and residues to provide the best hygienic conditions required for production. The flow of the cleaning fluid makes the nozzles perform a geared rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes. In the first cycle, the nozzles lay out a coarse pattern on the tank surface. Subsequent cycles gradually make the pattern more dense, until a full pattern is reached after eight cycles. This all takes place automatically and provides users with an effective path to quality assurance guarantees in tank cleaning.

Not only does the TJ range of Rotary Jet Heads provide spotless cleaning of the tank interior, it also cleans itself – inside and out. Its hygienic self-cleaning construction ensures that the flow of the cleaning fluid reaches the external surfaces of the rotary jet head. This reduces the risk of cross contamination and potentially product loss or recalls.
